Directions

Cook hash with onions garlic and drained tomatoes. Mix eggs into pan and cook thoroughly. Place in bowl. Put spoonful ofcooked mixture on tortilla. Put 1/2 slice of cheese on top. Fold. Put in pan and brown on both sides (helps keep closed and melts cheese). Can freeze left overs for quick morning fixes!
