Ingredients

1 Small wrap

1 Egg

1/4 cup Spinach

1/8 cup Mushrooms

2 teaspoons Flaxseeds

Salt to taste


Directions

Chop spinach and mushrooms Mix vegetables in with egg adding salt to taste Cook mixture on medium to low heat in a pan on stove, stirring regularly Once curds have formed and mixture is cooked to prefered consistancy pour cooked mixture onto the wrap and fold it up
