Ingredients

1/2 pound Boiled Ham sliced

8 ounces Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese grated

2 large Eggs

1/4 cup Lowfat Milk

1 pinch Dried Oregano

1 pk Pizza Dough purchased or homemade


Directions

Pat the pizza dough out on a 13- by 9-inch pan, baking, sheet or a round pizza pan. Cut the ham into strips and put them on the dough. Sprinkle on the cheese. Combine the eggs and milk in a bowl and beat to blend. Pour the eggs over the dough and sprinkle on the oregano. Bake in a 375-degree oven for 20 to 30 minutes.

I modified this recipe slightly by adding chopped onion, green pepper, used shredded cheese and diced ham. Really easy to make and very tastey!!!

It was great for him. I would like for it to have been less salty. He loved it though.

I made my own dough for this, and used monterey jack cheese cause thats what I had. We don't eat a lot of ham so I used Italian sausage, and added mushrooms. Im sure it different from your recipe but not too far off, thanks for the idea.

I made this for breakfast this AM and it was a big hit. Will definately be making this again. So easy; so delicious. I added some cheddar cheese just because I needed to use a small amount I had left. Thanks for posting.
