Ingredients

1 piece whole wheat melba toast (daily allotment)

4 large Tomatoes

10 pcs. basil leaves or

2 tsp. Dried basil

1/4 medium red onion finely diced

(or more to taste) Chopped or minced garlic

Salt and pepper to taste

1/2 juice of lemon

1/8- 1/4 cup Apple cider vinegar


Directions

1.) Chop desired quantity of tomatoes and mix with spices and lemon juice. 2.) Set mixture in fridge and let sit for an hour. 3.) Spread Bruschetta on Melba toast (only 1 piece),or enjoy as a side vegetable dish
