Bruschetta

This bruschetta will turn out every time you make it. Use small slices of bread for a unique appetizer, or serve with Italian dishes.

Ingredients

6 small Tomato Roma, chopped

1/3 cup Onion chopped

1 tablespoon Olive oil

1 tablespoon Fresh oregano chopped

2 tablespoon Fresh basil chopped

2 tablespoon Fresh parsley chopped

1 pkg Italian bread cut into 1in slices

1/4 cup Parmesan grated

2 cloves Garlic crushed

1/2 teaspoon Sugar

2 teaspoon Balsamic Vinegar

1/4 teaspoon Salt


Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). In a medium bowl, combine tomatoes, garlic, onion, olive oil, oregano, basil, parsley, sugar, balsamic vinegar, and salt. Place bread on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil and salt and pepper, toast bread for 4 minutes. Top the bread with the tomato mixture. Sprinkle with Parmesan. Bake in preheated oven for 8 to 10 minutes, or until bottom of bread is browned. Allow to cool 5 minutes before serving.
