Ingredients

2 Tbsp oil

2 ea onion chopped

2 Cup bulgar

1/2 lb mushrooms

4 Cup Chicken broth


Directions

Saute onion, bulgur and mushrooms in oil. Stir over medium heat until onion is transparent and wheat is glazed. Add broth. Reduce heat to low, cover and cook 25 minutes or until liquid is absorbed.
