Butter chicken sauce

Ingredients

1/4 cup butter

9 cloves crushed garlic

1 sml can tomato paste

1 tbsp paprika

1 tsp turmeric

1 1/2 tsp salt

1 tbsp ground cumin (1 tsp if using garam masala)

2 tsp garam masala

1 tsp ground coriander

1 tsp ground cayenne

1 1/2 cups water

1 1/2 cups homo milk


Directions

Melt butter in large saucepan, add garlic and sauté for 1 min until brown and sticky. Add tomato paste and stir, reduce heat to low and add spices. Sauté for 4 min, then stir in milk and water. Stir and add chicken and onions. Add veg near end. Serve with basmati rice
