Calm Carrot Salad for Acid Reflux

Ingredients

2 tbsp Brown sugar

2 tsp Olive oil

1/4 tsp salt

1 tsp Dried oregano

2 tbsp Orange juice

1/4 lb mesclun greens

2 tbsp Raisins

1 lb carrots peeled, trimmed, and grated


Directions

Step 1: Take a mixing bowl, mix the raisins, orange juice, brown sugar, olive oil, oregano, and salt together. Let sit for about 5 minutes. Step 2. Pour your dressing over the carrots and mix very patiently and thoroughly so they're mixed together evenly. Step 3. Season with additional salt as per your dietary desires. Step 4. Serve over mesclun leaves and take a trip to cuisine enjoyment!
