Chili for Hot Dogs
Place the beef, onion, and water in a Dutch oven over high heat and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat to medium and stir to break up the meat.
Add the tomato paste, ketchup, chili powder, Worcester sauce, vinegar , salt and pepper. Stir well until tomato paste and catsup are dissolved and the meat is mostly broken up.
Continue to cook at a simmer, stirring about every 5 minutes, for 15 minutes. As the chili thickens you may need to reduce the heat to prevent sticking
