Cheesy Chicken Bagel Pizzas

Ingredients

2 separated

1/2 cup low sodium

1 cup cooked, shredded

1 cup shredded, part skim

to taste

to taste


Directions

1. Preheat oven broiler, or use a toaster oven. 2. Broil bagel halves for 2 minutes, or toast until lightly browned. 3. Spread 2 T. pizza sauce on each bagel half, and sprinkle with red pepper flakes and anise seeds, if desired. 4. Top with shredded chicken and Mozzarella cheese. 5. Broil an additional 2 minutes, or until cheese melts.
