Ingredients

1/2 pound Ground beef

1 (12 oz) package shells and cheese dinner

1 (16 oz) jar thick and chunky medium salsa

3/4 teaspoon Onion powder

3/4 teaspoon garlic salt

dash Black pepper

Directions

Brown ground beef and drain. Meanwhile, cook macaroni as package directs. Add all ingredients together in large skillet. Heat thoroughly.
