Chicken and Corn Bread Stuffing

Ingredients

1 10.75-oz can condensed cream of chicken

1/4 cup margarine or butter, melted

1 16-oz package frozen broccoli, corn, & red peppers

2 cups chicken cubed cooked

1 8-oz package corn bread stuffing mix


Directions

In a very large mixing bowl stir together soup, melted margarine or butter, and ¼ cup water. Add frozen vegetables, chicken, and stuffing mix; stir until combined. Transfer mixture to a 3½- or 4-quart crockery cooker. Cover and cook on low-heat setting for 5 to 6 hours or on high-heat setting for 2½ to 3 hours.
