Chicken Cordon Bleu - Note sure about this one now

Ingredients

--Chicken--

2 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts

1 1/2 tablespoon Dijon mustard

3 tablespoons Mayonnaise

4 slices Swiss Cheese

6 slices Ham

1/2 cup Panko Crumbs (estimated amount)

1 tablespoon Olive Oil (estimated amount)

1 teaspoon Salt

1 teaspoon Balck Pepper

--Sauce--

1 1/2 tablespoon Butter

1 1/2 tablespoon Flour

1/2 cup Whole Milk (estimated amount - might be more))

3 tablespoons Parmesan Cheese Grated


Directions

--Chicken-- 1. Cut chicken to create a pocket to put ham into. Lay them out flat. 2. Salt and pepper. 3. Mix 1 1/2 tbsp Dijon Mustard and 3 tbsp Mayo and brush onto chicken. 4. Roll 2 cheese slices and 3 ham slices into a tight roll. 5. Put inside the "chicken pocket" and seal shut with toothpicks. 6. Spread sauce on top of chicken. 7. Top wtih Panko. 8. Drizzle chicken with Olive Oil. 9. Bake for 25min at 390 degrees. --Sauce-- 1. Melt 1 1/2 tbsp butter over medium heat in sauce pan. 2. Add 1 1/2 tbsp Flour and mix for 1 min. 3. Add 1/4 cup milk and wisk until all is blended. 4. Add 3 tbsp Parmesan Cheese and cook for 3min whisking constantly until thickened. 5. Remove from heat. Salt and pepper to taste. 6. Drisle/Poor over chicken upon serving.
