Chicken Curry (From Sunbeam Electric Frypan Cookbook)

Recipe is from old Sunbeam Electric Frypan Cookbook. It is not the greatest chicken curry recipe, but it is easy to make after work.

Ingredients

1/4 cup Butter or margarine

1 medium Onion chopped

2 1/2 teaspoons Curry powder

3 cups Chicken breast cooked and shredded

2 cans Cream of Chicken Soup

1 cup Milk warm

3 cups Rice cooked


Directions

Melt margarine. Add onion and saute for 2-4 minutes. Stir in curry powder. Stir in chicken pieces. Add soup and milk. Stir until well mixed. Simmer 1/2 hour with vent open. Serve over rice.
