Chicken Gnocchi Pesto Soup

Ingredients

1 15-oz jar Roasted garlic alfredo sauce

2 cups water

2 cups Cubed chicken cooked

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1 16-oz pkg Potato gnocchi

3 cups Baby spinach coarsly chopped

Garlic powder to taste

Salt & pepper to taste


Directions

In a dutch oven or large saucepan, combine the sauce, water, chicken, seasoning, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Bring to a gentle boil. Add the potato gnocchi and baby spinach; cook 3-8 minutes or until gnocchi is tender.
