8 chicken thighs skinless and pounded to 1/2" thickness
salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 egg beaten
1 cup panko bread crumbs
1 cup Vegetable Oil for frying, or as needed
Loved the chicken. Crispy on the outside, moist on the inside. Very delicious. Can't wait to try again.
