Directions

Mix all the ingredients for the sauce and put them in the fridge. Put the leak in a small bowl, rub it with some salt, squeeze it to get off liquid and put it in a big bowl with the chicken minced meat and the rest of ingredients, and mix them for 6-7 minutes. Make 20 small meatballs and put them on an oiled pan and then in the freezer for 20'. Preheat the oven at 200 degrees. Put the meatballs for 7-8 minutes.
