Chicken Pot Pie

Ingredients

4 boneless skinless chicken breasts cooked and shredded or cubed

1 TB oil

3/4 cup sliced celery

1 white onion diced finely (about 1 cup)

2 small cans cream of chicken soup

1/2 to 1 soup can water or broth

1/4 teaspoon celery seed

1/4 teaspoon poultry seasoning

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1 (16.3 ounce) can Pillsbury Grands buttermilk biscuits

1 small bag of mixed vegetables or peas and carrots thawed

frozen diced potatoes (I use half of a small bag)


Directions

Saute celery and onion until soft. Add the red of the ingredients and heat until potatoes aren't frozen. Pour mixture into a buttered casserole pan Tear biscuitsinto pieces and place on top of mixture Bake at 350 for 12-15 minutes, until biscuit pieces are done.
