Chicken Satay

Ingredients

1/2 cup coconut milk

2 cloves garlic

1 tbsp curry powder

1 1/2 tbsp brown sugar

1/2 tsp salt

1 small lime juiced

2 chicken breasts cut into large cubes

Or block of Tofu cut into large cubes


Directions

Mix all ingredients together and marinate in the fridge for 4 hours Put on skewers and BBQ Serve with coconut jasmine rice, peanut sauce and stir fried veggies
