Chicken Stew

Easy crockpot all in one pot meal

Ingredients

3 pounds Chicken, skinless and boneless Cubed (white or dark meat)

2 Onions Diced

10 Potatoes Small creamers cut in 1/2 or 1/4

2 cups Carrots Bite size pieces

2 Cups Celery Bite size pieces

15 ounces Tomato puree

1 tablespoon Tomato paste

Salt and pepper To taste

1-2 Bay leaves

1 1/2 teaspoons Dried basil

1 1/2 teaspoons Dried thyme

1 1/2 teaspoons Dried oregano

1/2 teaspoon Paprika

2-3 cloves Garlic minced

2 Cups Chicken broth

1-2 Zucchini Bite size pieces

1 pound Green Beans

2 tablespoons Corn starch

2 tablespoons Water


Directions

Cut chicken in cubes and season with salt and pepper. Put in fridge for 1 hour Prepare all vegetables and spices and put in slow cooker along with all the liquids (do not add zuchinni and green beans until later) Mix well after all seasonings have been added, including salt and pepper and liquids. Add chicken, mix, and turn on slow cooker to low for 6 hours. At 5 hour mark add zucchini and green beans At 5 1/2 hour mark add mixture of cornstarch and water to thicken. Mix well then replace cover and cook additional 1/2 hour
