Ingredients

6 whole Boneless chicken thighs

8 Cups

8 ounces

1 Can Cream of Chicken/Mushroom Soup

3 Cups Carrotts, mushrooms, celery, onions, etc.


Directions

Add 4 cups broth and chicken thighs to large stock pot, boil until done, remove chicken and shred. Add 4 cups broth, boil and add noodles and all veggies. When done add chicken. Spices: garlic, parsley, greek seasoning blend or your favorite everyday spice. Cook additional 30 minutes.

Add the can of soup for the final 30 minutes and let simmer

Took me 120 minutes and it was worth it. The cream of mushroom soup added at the end made it so creamy and with celery, carrots and onions you really don't need spices except for pepper. Soo good!
