Chimichurri Sauce

This is from Barbeque The Weber Tradition cookbook. Prepared for family and friends will success. We have grilled with hamburgers, chicken, chicken wings, sausages, and shrimp.

Ingredients

1 cup EVOO

1/4 cup malt vinegar

1/3 cup minced parsley

1/4 cup chopped onion

4 cloves garlic minced

2 teaspoons dried oregano leaves

2 bay leaves

1/2 t cayenne pepper

3/4 t salt

1/2 t pepper


Directions

Mix all indredients. Let stand, covered, at room temperature 8 hours, or overnight. Yields: 1 3/4 cups
