Ingredients

2 cups Crisco or 1/2 butter and 1/2 Crisco

2 cups sugar

1 cup brown sugar

4 eggs

1 tsp vanilla

2 tsp salt

2 tsp soda

4 1/2 cups flour

1 12 oz bag chocolate chips

Directions

Preheat oven to Sift together flour, soda, and salt Mix sugars and then cream with crisco and/or butter. Add eggs one at a time. Add vanilla. Add flour mixture and then chocolate chips and mix til combined. Chopped walnuts (optional)
