Chocolate Flan

Ingredients

3 ounces Semisweet chocolate

2 cups Light brown sugar

8 tablespoons butter softened

1/2 cup Whipping cream

1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

3 Eggs

1 9 inch prebaked pie crust


Directions

Over a double boiler melt the chocolate and put aside. In medium size stainless shell bowl, cream the brown sugar and butter together by beating them with a wooden spoon, the mixture should be light and fluffy. One at a time beat the eggs in, add vanilla, cream and melted chocolate. Pour into a pre-baked pie crust and cook at 375 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Remove from oven and serve chilled.
