Ingredients

3 cups ranch dressing

1/4 cup roasted green chiles (canned are fine)

1/4 cup sliced jalapenos (canned)

3 tbsp fresh cilantro leaves

1/2 tomato diced (preferably Roma)


Directions

Pulse all ingredients in a blender in batches until smooth. Chill and use as needed.

I would go with another recipe for a copy of Chuy's Creamy Jalapeño Dip...one that does NOT include tomatoes. If you have ever been to Chuy's in Texas, you know it is not a pink dip.

This is not the Chuys creamy jalapeño recipe. Sorry. You cannot duplicate it at home unless you are prepared to spend an hour or so making the other ingredients.
