Ingredients

Extra virgin olive oil

6-8 cloves Garlic minced

1 large Onion minced

6-8 stalks Celery minced

1 Red pepper minced

1 T+ Oregano

1 T+ Basil

several heavy shakes Paprika

several heavy shakes Red Pepper flakes

2 large cans Petite diced tomatoes

2 boxes Chicken broth

2 bottle Clam juice

1 1/2 lbs Grouper bite-size pieces

1 1/2 lbs Salmon or Tilapia bite-size pieces

2 lbs Medium shrimp peeled and deveined

1 container Crab Meat back fin

18 Mussels


Directions

1. Pour your favorite beverage into a chilled glass. 2. Heat olive oil over medium heat in a large pot, add garlic, onion, celery, red pepper, salt, oregano, basil, crushed reds. 3. Add tomatoes, clam juice and chicken broth. Mix all ingredients and consider adding more seasoning to your taste. 4. Bring to a boil, turn down and simmer for 45 minutes to consolidate flavors. 5. Stir in grouper, salmon, shrimp. Increase heat and cook for 5-8 minutes until fish cooked through. 6. Add crab and mussels. Return to a simmer until mussels open. 7. Serve over linguini with warm, seasoned french bread.
