City of Hope Rum Cake

Ingredients

1 box Duncan Hines Yellow cake mix

1 pkg Jello instant vanilla pudding

1 tsp vanilla

1 cup Sherry and rum

4 eggs, room temperature

1/3 cup Crisco oil


Directions

Grease and flour a bundt pan. Preheat oven to 350. Mix and beat for 2 minutes: cake mix, pudding, vanilla, sherry and rum(any proportion of each but not all of one 1/2 & 1/2 good) eggs, crisco oil. Bake for 48-52 minutes, let sit until shrinks slightly from sides, 10-20minutes, then turn out. Pour on sauce while warm: 2 Tbsp butter, 1 tsp salt, 2 tsp of milk and icing sugar. Blend and then keep adding icing sugar AND rum alternating to desired consistency and taste.
