Ingredients

1 pound lean ground beef drained

2 medium onions

4 stalks celery

1 tablespoon minced garlic

1 tablespoon white vinegar

1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1 tablespoon Chili powder

1/2 teaspoon Red pepper

1/2 teaspoon Cumin

1/2 teaspoon Paprika

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon allspice

2 dashes Worcestershire sauce

2 dashes Soy sauce

1 tablespoon Yellow Mustard

1/2 teaspoon Black pepper

1 tablespoon Brown Sugar

1 (12oz.) can tomato sauce


Directions

Mince onions, celery, and garlic with food processor, set aside. Cook ground beef with a little butter until 3/4 cooked, add minced mixture, and cook another 5 minutes. Add all the spices and continue cooking, mixing well. Cook on low heat for a about 1 hour. Add the tomato sauce and stir it in, mixing well. Once the sauce is done, mince it with a hand held stick type food processor.

I left out the celery, and broke the beef up really fine manually. This sauce really has a very nice flavor to it! I have to be honest, I didn't think it would turn out to be more than an average sauce, but it now replaced my favorite! Thanks!
