Recipe missing ingredients; no sweetener, no butter. Recipe missing instructions; two different water amounts listed it doesn't say which one your using for boiling or if your using both amounts, doesn't say when your adding lemon zest. Suspect some of the missing ingredients for this are listed under icing instructions? No instructions for how to make the icing? Not positive if some of the ingredients listed for the icing actually don't belong in there and they actually belong in the recipe.
Chup3nico1The ingredient list includes 2 tablespoons of water and 1 cup of water as separate items, but nowhere do the instructions say what to do with those separate amounts. The icing ingredients include butter and granulated sugar. There are no instructions how to make the icing, but the first step in the cookie process is to bring butter and water to a boil, then in step five to add the sugar (it doesn't specify granulated or powdered). This is for the cookies--not the icing. And there's no sweetener or butter in the cookie ingredients as the recipe is written. Should both the butter and granulated sugar be moved from the icing to the cookie ingredients? I'm really looking forward to trying this recipe, but I'd appreciate some clarification if it's not too much trouble. Thanks.
