Corn Casserole

Ingredients

5 C frozen corn

1/3 C flour

1 t salt

1/4 C sugar

1 dash pepper

1/3 C butter

1 C heavy cream

1 C milk

1 small, finely diced jalapeño

3/4 C Parmesan cheese

1/2 C bread crumbs

2 T butter

1/2 C Parmesan cheese


Directions

Create a roux with flour and butter. Add in sugar, salt, pepper. Slowly whisk in cream and milk until thick. Stir mixture in with corn and add 1/4 C Parmesan cheese and jalapeño. Put in casserole dish. Create topping with bread crumbs/butter/cheese. Sprinkle on top. Bake 350* for 1 hour
