Corn Souffle

Buttery and gooey, this dish is ridiculously easy to make in a pinch, and tastes great!

Ingredients

1 can (15.5 oz.) Creamed Corn

1 can (15.5 oz.) Whole-Kernel corn not drained

8 ounces Sour cream

1 box (8.5 oz.) corn muffin or corn bread mix

4 tablespoons Butter melted


Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine creamed corn, corn kernels and liquid from can, sour cream and corn muffin mix, blending well with spoon. 3. Spray an 8" casserole dish with vegetable spray and pour corn batter into dish. Drizzle evenly with melted butter without stirring into batter. 4. Bake uncovered until souffle is puffy and golden brown around the edges, about 1 hour. Let it cool and serve.
