CORNBREAD PUDDING

Ingredients

1 can Cream Style Corn

1 can Corn not drained

8 ounce Sour cream

1 stick Butter melted

1 box Jiffy cor bread mix

1 Egg


Directions

MIX ALL INGREDIANTS IN AND PUT IN GREASED PAN & BAKE @ 425 DEGREES FOR 30 MINUTES. AFTER REMOVING IT FROM THE OVEN LET IT COOL FOR ABOUT 10 MINUTES PRIOR TO SERVING SO IT CAN SET UP. IT'S NOT A BIG DEAL IF YOU DON'T LET IT COOL FOR 10 MINUTES, IT'S JUST A LITTLE RUNNY, BUT STILL TASTE VERY GOOD.
