Cornbread/Chicken Casserole

Ingredients

2-3 Large Chicken Breasts

1/4 cup Butter melted

1 bag Frozen vegetables thawed

1/3 cup Flour

1 1/4 cup chicken stock

2/3 cup milk

2 boxes Jiffy Cornbread mix


Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees Boil Chicken and shred In large skillet melt butter, add flour, chicken stock, and milk over low heat Add vegetables to skillet Add chicken to vegetable mix Put mix in large casserole dish Follow directions on cornbread box and pour over casserole mix Cook for 20-25 minutes
