1 small green pepper finely chopped
1 small carrot finely chopped
1 large clove garlic finely minced
1 bay leaf
2 cans (13 3/4 oz) chicken broth
1 can (16 oz) whole tomatoes chopped
1 cup water
3/4 cup dry lentils
1/2 cup Grey Poupon Country Dijon Mustard
I didn't change anything in this recipe. It's perfect !!! Our family loves this soup!
