Cream Tuna on Toast

Ingredients

2 tbs Onion Finely Chopped

3 tbs Butter

3 tbs Flour

1/4 tsp Salt

1 1/4 cup Milk

1/2 cup Sour Cream

1 large can Tuna

3 tbs Dry White Wine (Moscato fine)

1 tbs Parsley Dried

1 dash Pepper

Directions

Cook onion in butter till tender but not brown. Blend in flour, salt and dash of pepper. Add milk all at once, cook quickly, stirring constantly till mixture thickens and bubbles. Stir in sour cream. Add tuna, wine and parsley. Heat through, serve over hot buttered toast.
