Creamed Chicken and Biscuits (with Mashed Potatoes)

Ingredients

2 cans (13 oz) chicken breast

1 can cream of mushroom soup

1/2 cup heavy cream

1 pkg (8) dinner rolls

1 pkg (24 oz) mashed potatoes (pre-made)

salt and pepper to taste


Directions

Preheat oven to 375° . Shred chicken in casserole baking dish. Fold in soup and cream. Spread evenly in dish. Bake for 10 minutes. Prepare rolls for baking. Once the chicken has baked for 10 minutes, add rolls to oven (lower rack) and bake for 12 minutes. While rolls are baking, prepare potatoes according to package directions. Once everything has cooked, pile high and enjoy!
