Ingredients

1 pound Fish Thawed

10 ounce Frozen Spinach

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon pepper

1 pinch nutmeg

1 cup Heavy Cream

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 Place fish in single layer on 8 x 11 dish. Spread spinach and season. Pour cream over top. Cover dish loosely with foil and bake for 15 minutes.
