Ingredients

1 c Flour

1 ts Baking Powder

2 lg Eggs

1 ts Salt

1 1/2 c milk


Directions

Water to right consistency Place dry ingredients in a bowl. Add milk slowly and beat til smooth. Add eggs and then water til fairly runny. Using very thin layer, fry crepes over moderately high heat.
