Crock Pot Pulled Pork Tacos

This is another great crock pot recipe. Put everything on in the morning, and dinner is practically ready when you get home! Add margarita, and dinner's on!

Ingredients

2 cups Salsa

2 tablespoons Chili powder

2 tablespoons Dried oregano

2 tablespoons Unsweetened cocoa

Kosher Salt

1 pounds Boneless pork butt/shoulder

18 corn Tortillas

1/2 cup Fresh cilantro

Sour cream

Lime wedges


Directions

In a crock pot, combine salsa, chili powder, oregano, cocoa and 1 teaspoon of salt. Add the pork and turn to coat. Cook on high for 4-5 hours, or low heat for 7-8 hours. Preheat oven to 350?. Put tortillas in foil and bake for 15 minutes. Using 2 forks, shred pork and stir into the cooking liquid. Serve with corn tortillas, cilantro, sour cream, lime and salsa. Top it off with a Margarita!
