DOUBLE Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cookies

Ingredients

1 box El Peto Chocolate Cake Mix

3/4 cup butter softened

1/4 cup Brown sugar

2 Eggs

1 tsp Vanilla extract

1 pkg pure white chocolate chips

1/2 cup macadamia nuts chopped


Directions

Cream together butter and sugar. Beat in eggs and vanilla until smooth. Slowly addd El Peto Chocolate Cake Mix until mixed thoroughly. Stir in white chocolate chips and macadamia nuts. Drop by rounded teaspoons onto an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake in 325 degree F oven for 8-10 minutes. Allow to rest before placing on cooling rack. Store in airtight container once cooled to extent freshness. Enjoy!!
