Ingredients

1 1/2 pounds ground beef browned and drained

1 can condensed cheddar cheese soup undiluted

1/2 cup Green pepper diced

2 tablespoons dried minced onion

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 can crescent rolls

1 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese shredded

3/4 teaspoon salt (more or less to taste)

1/4 teaspoon Freshly ground pepper (more or less to taste)

Directions

Brown beef and drain well. Stir in soup, green pepper, onion, salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce. On ungreased cookie sheet, separate roll dough into two large rectangles. Overlap long sides to form a rectangle about 15x8. Firmly press edges and perforations to seal. Spoon about 2 ½ cups meat mixture in about a 4 inch wide strip down center of dough to within 1 inch of ends. Reserve remaining meat mixture for topping. Fold long sides of dough over meat to the center. Pinch together. Bake at 375 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Spoon remaining meat mixture down center of the meat roll. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake another 5-10 minutes. Slice and serve. (To serve leftovers, wrap in foil and heat.)
