Double Layer Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients

3 ounces cream cheese softened

1 cup milk

1 tablespoon milk

1 tablespoon sugar

1 1/2 cups Cool Whip whipped topping thawed

2 packages (4-serving vanilla instant pudding

15 ounces pumpkin puree

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon ground ginger

1/4 teaspoon ground cloves

1 graham cracker pie crust


Directions

Mix cream cheese, 1 Tbsp. mike and sugar with wire wisk until smooth. Gently stir in whipped topping. Spread on bottom of crust. Pour 1 cup milk into mixing bowl. Add pudding mix. Beat with wire wisk until well blended, 1-2 minutes. Let stand 3 minutes. Stir in pumpkin and spices; mix well. Spread over cream cheese layer. Refrigerate at least 2 hoours. Garnish with additional whipped topping and nuts as desired.
