Dutch Oven Sweet & Sour Ham Rolls

Ingredients

6 Thick sliced Precooked

2-3 Julienned

2-3 Small Julienned

2 Tbsp

1 Small can

1 small jar

Directions

Sauté vegetables in butter until tender. Wrap in ham slices and secure with toothpicks. Prepare foil bowls and place in Dutch oven. Prepare stuffing inside foil bowl then close to keep warm. Make another foil bowl in Dutch oven and add sweet and sour sauce and fruit cocktail, close foil to warm sauce. Once warmed, remove from Dutch oven and place on oven lid to keep warm. Coat bottom of Dutch oven with oil. Place ham rolls in Dutch oven and rotate until warm. To serve, place layer of stuffing on plate and top with ham roll. Spoon sauce over top and serve. (Or you can open stuffing onto top of Dutch oven lid and place ham rolls on top with sauce poured over it. Then serve from lid.) ****Julienne vegetables at home and store in zip lock bag. Check stuffing mix directions for ingredients to make stuffing at campsite.
