2 tablespoons lime juice

1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

1 tablespoon toasted sesame seed oil

1 tablespoon honey

1/2 inch fresh ginger peeled and chopped

1 clove of garlic peeled

2 tablespoons coconut oil (or fat of choice) divided

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts cubed

3 bunches of broccoli cut into small florets (about 6 cups florets)
