Easy Chicken Potpie

Ingredients

1 can condensed cream of chicken soup 10 3/4 ounces

1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup 10 3/4 ounces

1/2 cup fat-free milk

2/3 cup fat-free milk

1/2 teaspoon Dried thyme

1/4 teaspoon pepper

1/8 teaspoon Poultry Seasoning

2 packages frozen mixed vegetables 16 ounces each

1 1/2 cups cooked chicken breast cubed

1 1/2 cups biscuit/baking mix


Directions

In a large bowl, combine the soups, 1/2 cup milk, thyme, pepper and poultry seasoning. Stir in the veggies and chicken. Transfer to a greased 13 x 9 baking dish. In a small bowl, stir the biscuit mix with remaining milk just until blended. Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls onto chicken mixture. Bake, uncovered at 350 degrees for 40-50 minutes or until filling is bubbly and biscuits are golden brown.
