Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix first six ingredients until well mixed.
Fold in chocolate chips.
Grease and flour Bundt pan well.
Put batter in pan and bake for 50-60 minutes, until toothpick comes out clean.
Cool for 5-10 minutes, then remove from pan.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar when completely cool.
