A one por quick and easy chili.
In a large pot sauté the onions until translucent. Add the ground turkey and brown. Drain any fat. Add the tomatoes, beans, and spices. Simmer for 1 hour or more to allow spices to open up. Salt to taste.
Serve with diced onions, shredded cheese, and sour cream if desired. Also great over baked potatoes, pasta, or Frito Chips for a more filling meal.
