Ingredients

1 whole Boneless chicken shredded

2 cups longhorn cheese shredded

1 lrg can Green chili diced

1 bunch Green onions diced

1-2 teaspoons Chili powder

1 package egg roll paper-large

1 whole Egg wisked

Directions

Mix all the ingredients together, except the egg. Put about 2 spoonfuls of mixture on 1 egg roll paper and roll. The egg is used to "glue" the egg roll together. follow the directions on the egg roll package to know how to roll the egg roll.
