Egg Rolls

Ingredients

2 lbs Ground beef

2 tbsp Salt

1 tbsp Garlic powder

2 tbsp Minced onion

2 tbsp Chopped onion

1 tbsp Accent

2 whole Eggs

Soy sauce

Cabbage

Carrots

Bean sprouts

Bamboo shoots

Egg roll wrappers


Directions

Brown meat with spices. Add eggs and stir well. Add soy sauce to taste Add cabbage, carrots, sprouts, and shoots. Simmer 5 to 7 minutes. Drain. Let cool 15 to 20 minutes. Take 1 egg in a small bowl and beat. Take egg roll wrapper and spoon a large tablespoon on edge of wrapper at corner. Roll, pull tight, fold in end flaps and keep rolling. When at other corner, brush with egg and fold over to seal with wrapper. Cook in hot oil at 350 degrees until brown. With the air fryer, I would cook in 5 minute increments until you know how long it will take.
