My family really enjoyed this recipe. I used regular milk instead of buttermilk. Not as sweet as I expected, which worked perfect for me!

I just made this using your recipe and common sense, obviously you use two 9x5 loaf pans and the people that didn't know how to convert your recipe was scary. It's simple 1.67 cup is the same as 1 2/3 cup. Great tasting banana bread.

Made this with a friend and it didn't work out at all! Over an hour in the oven and the top of the bread was fine but the inside (all but the top layer) was completely liquid still. Followed the directions exactly, kept it in till the top started burning to hopefully solidify the inside.

I just finished eating a slice of this and all I can say is YUMMY! I added half cup more banana, and nutmeg and it was delicious. Definitely making this again

I just tried this recipe, I used a regular loaf pan and it turned out HUGE and raw in the middle! I tasted the outside fully cooked part however, and yum it's delicious! So I think I will try again but make 2 loaves next time! It's a good recipe just need the right size pan :) .... and gagnon5 how can 1.67 Cups be foreign? lol
